Matt brings a background in real estate operations, training, coaching, marketing, and business development — along with a healthy obsession with finding practical ways AI can make the work easier, smarter, and more effective.
A few things to know
before you join us.
We want you to know exactly what to expect so you can arrive ready to learn, experiment, and build.
Do I need a lot of AI experience?
No. You do not need to be an AI expert. We’ll guide you through each build and explain what we’re doing along the way. You should, however, already have an active ChatGPT account and know how to log in before our first session.
What do I need for the live sessions?
Bring the laptop you normally use for your business, make sure you can access your ChatGPT account, and complete any short Lab Prep we send before the session. Then come ready to work right along with Jan and Matt.
What if I can’t attend one of the sessions live?
That’s okay. Each session will be recorded and the replay will be added to your private Real Estate AI Lab portal along with the supporting resources from that week.
Is this a lecture or a hands-on workshop?
Definitely hands-on. We’ll demonstrate and teach, but the goal is for you to work along with us. Each session is built around creating something useful for your own real estate business.
Will I receive the prompts and materials you use?
Yes. Prompts, templates, downloads, quick-reference materials, tutorials, replays, and other supporting resources will be added to your private AI Lab portal throughout the month.
Is this only for experienced real estate agents?
No. The Lab is designed for real estate professionals who want practical ways to use AI in their business. The important part isn’t how long you’ve been in real estate — it’s that you have a business to build and are willing to put the work into it.
